Use of Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers
Booku offers gift vouchers for sale to customers and regularly offers promotional voucher codes. Both can be redeemed on the payment page during the online ordering process.
How do I use a promotional code or gift voucher?
To use a promotional or gift voucher code, please select the books that you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout.
If you are not already a Booku member, it is necessary to create an account when you checkout. Being a member entitles you to accrue Booku Bucks in our loyalty program.
During the payment process, enter the codes into the designated slot on the payment page. The value of the promotional code or gift voucher will be deducted from your order total.
Excess or shortfall when using a gift voucher
When using a gift voucher, if your voucher code denomination is equal to or greater than the full amount due, then you won't need to pay any extra. The residual amount left over from the gift voucher can be used for future purchases by re-entering the gift voucher code for subsequent orders.
If your order amount due is greater than the gift voucher denomination, you will be required to pay the excess using any of our payment methods.
Rules for Using Booku Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers
The following rules apply for the use of promotional codes and gift vouchers:
- A single voucher code (gift voucher or promotional code) is redeemable per order. It is not permissible to redeem more than one voucher or promotional code for the same order.
- Unless specifically stated, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Gift vouchers may be used at any time.
- Gift vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.
